Linda Snape
I am an experienced Eating Disorder therapist, with a counseling background as well as a qualified integrative therapist with a Masters degree in Integrative
Psychotherapy. I have 6+ years experience of working with people with eating disorders including in-patient experience. What that means in plain English is that I have sufficient knowledge, training, and experience to work with the complexities of an eating disorder - but not only the eating disorder. I adopt a compassionate, but challenging stance and a coaching style that aims to empower clients. I have completed FBT, CBT-E, and MANTRA training (all ways of working specifically with eating disorders) as well as having a Diploma from the National Centre for Eating Disorders. I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) working towards accreditation.
I love travel and hiking and have recently completed the Lake District section of the coast-to-coast walk. I have 3 children and a black lab.

Social Media Manager
Varsha Aswani
I am a passionate and driven psychology graduate with an MSc in Applied Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire, UK and a BSc in Psychology with Counselling Skills from Middlesex University Dubai. My academic and professional journey has been shaped by hands-on experience in diverse clinical settings across the UK and UAE, where I have supported multidisciplinary teams, coordinated treatment plans, and directly engaged with clients and families. From creating evidence-based outcome reports at Flourish Therapy Clinic in Preston to observing psychiatric and psychological assessments at the American Wellness Center in Dubai, I have cultivated a deep curiosity for how clinical psychology transforms lives. What sets me apart is my ability to bridge rigorous clinical research with empathetic, client-centered care—whether through managing complex clinical administration, engaging children in therapeutic activities, or contributing to psychoeducational content. I am eager to bring this blend of analytical skill, cultural sensitivity, and genuine commitment to mental health into my future roles, with a strong ambition to grow as a clinical psychologist who makes a meaningful difference.
Currently, I work as a Social Media Coordinator at Flourish Therapy Clinic, where I create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts and reels on mental health and eating disorders to increase awareness and audience engagement.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I enjoy dancing, painting, and outdoor activities such as hiking and trekking, which have helped me develop leadership and teamwork skills.
