Executive Functioning and Emotional Regulation

ADHD often impacts executive functioning—the mental skills used to plan, organise, manage time, and regulate behaviour. Emotional regulation difficulties are also common, leading to frustration, irritability, or mood swings. These challenges can affect work, learning, relationships, and confidence.

If you are noticing any of these challenges in yourself or your child, completing a brief ADHD questionnaire can help identify areas of difficulty. We will contact you to discuss the results and possible next steps.
