How To Flourish
Please call us for an informal chat about your potential treatment and how we can help. (You can also email or text if you prefer). Referrals can also be made through your GP, consultant psychiatrist or social worker.

The first step is an Assessment. After some initial background questionnaires, you will have a face-to-face appointment of about 2 hours, where a clinician will take a history and discuss your current presentation in order to fully understand your needs. Together you will agree on treatment goals.
​
Following assessment, a personalised treatment proposal will be put together including a range of appropriate interventions. We will have a follow-up call to discuss this and any alterations you request.
​
Sessions are then booked in 12 weekly treatment plans, and your care and progress will be reviewed and evaluated at the end of these together.
​
Your treatment package may mean that you are see more than one therapist/clinician, for example, you may see an Eating Disorder Recovery Coach and a Dietician.
