Mental health and wellbeing within the workplace is becoming a much more prominent factor of productivity and output, with 17.1 million working days lost each year due to work-related stress, depression or anxiety (HSE 2022/23). It makes sense then, that the happier and more emotionally supported your team are, the more you, as both leader and manager, and the organisation, will get out of it also.

 

 

 

 

 

Corporate Mental Health and Wellbeing Services delivers services for the workplace and workforce to pivot and improve the mental health and wellbeing of the employees. Set to provide sustainability, the programme targets managers and HR departments by delivering mental health first aid training, legislative requirements, direction and knowledge and practical advice around how to manage and improve mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. Early intervention and management is available through complementary therapies, counselling, wellbeing coaching, workshops and courses. We provide early and easy access to data driven and qualified professionals and services in Mental Health and Wellbeing for employees and employers with value added benefits and competitive prices.

To assess, understand and create bespoke deliverables tailored to the needs of the mental health and wellbeing of the workforce and its impact on individuals and the company.


Using evidenced based assessments, interventions and outcome tools we are able to, through early recognition, intervene early as needs arise, in turn preventing illness and disability and reducing presenteeism and absenteeism of the workforce.


To build resilient teams, empowering employees to achieve and maintain a long term holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing. Through evidence based Health Psychology approaches (based on The Behaviour Change Model), individuals will adopt and sustain behaviours and mindset changes, recognising the link between physical and psychological wellbeing, underpinning delivery from a bio-psycho-social perspective.


To reduce stigma around mental health and wellbeing in the workplace using accessible, therapeutic and engaging tools and language.


To enhance the wellbeing outcomes (and therefore of individual and company KPI’s) for employees and the employer.

Assessment

An initial workplace consultation and assessment will be undertaken to learn about the organisation and it's needs and statistics, which will enable the team to offer specialist advice in areas of need. This consultation is guided by Public Health England’s Health Needs Assessment.
 

A further individual evidence-based wellbeing assessment is also undertaken for employees to identify levels of depression, anxiety, stress, general wellbeing and overall health through recognised clinical tools (PHQ-9, GAD-7, Warwick Wellbeing Scale and a general health questionnaire). Every individual will be provided with the outcomes of their assessment with advice and recommendations to improve their health and wellbeing.

 

What happens next?


Following initial assessment, the organisation receives a report and action plan with recommended interventions. Individual employee results are not shared in order to safeguard employee personal data. It has been found that where this confidentiality is ensured, staff will be more open and honest about their wellbeing and therefore more likely to take on advice and recommendations and engage in health/behaviour changes.

Bespoke Packages

A wide range of services are available to improve the corporate mental health and wellbeing of your workforce, delivering a short-term and long-term positive impact across the entire organisation. These include complimentary therapies, counselling, training and coaching, workshops and courses, 24/7 access via apps, personal HR analysis and insight into managing mental health in the workplace for managers and HR teams with consideration for HR, health and safety, legislation and legal obligations required.  All services are delivered by experienced and qualified professionals.


Bespoke packages are tailored to the organisation in response to the needs of the company, their managers and employees.


The four packages available are Bronze, Silver, Gold and Gold+. These packages differ in duration, as well as access to services.

 

  • The Bronze package consists of three services: the Mental Health First Aid Training for up to 10 people, Mental Health Support Drop-in Services for employees and employers for two hours each month and an introduction to managing mental health in the workplace for HR and Health and Safety managers and teams.These three services are fundamental to any successful organisation that desires their employees to enjoy their work-life and feel valued. The services within this package will be delivered for the duration of three months. The potential maximum reach for this package would be any number of employees who utilise the drop in service, and 20 managerial staff.

  • The Silver package is for the duration of six months, with two additional services. The silver package also contains the Mental Health First Aid Training for up to 10 people and the Mental Health Support Drop-in Services for employees and employers for two hours each month. However, the HR and Health and Safety introduction for managers and teams will last for two hours instead of one, enabling your teams the opportunity to absorb twice the amount of information. As well as the additional hour introduction for HR and Health and Safety staff, the silver package also provides twelve hours of bespoke workshops and thirty hours of confidential counselling/coaching for both employers and employees. This package could have a potential maximum impact on 62 people within the workplace.

  • The Gold package provides the organisation with 12 months of treatments, workshops, and more. These services include those of the Silver package, such as the Mental Health First Aid Training for up to 10 people and the Mental Health Support Drop-in Services for employees and employers for two hours each month. However, Managing Mental Health in the Workplace Session for HR and Health and Safety managers and teams would become a full day’s workshop with the option to include accreditation or a bespoke course and HSE action plan. This could be attended by up to 20 people. The investment also includes 30 hours of bespoke workshops and 70 hours of confidential counselling/coaching. These can be specific to your organisational needs or the individual needs of employees and managers. The potential maximum reach for this package could be 130 members of staff.

  • The Gold+ package includes all features of the Gold package, but with additional services for managers and employees during the working day. This comprises 75 hours of workplace massages over the duration of 12 months and EAP Mental Health and wellbeing access for up to 100 employees. As the workshops, coaching and more of the services can be accessed by different employees and employers, the potential maximum reach for this package could be 230 people.

When purchasing either a Silver, Gold or Gold+ package, you may choose, with guidance from an expert after the organisational assessment, a selection of workshops and services from the following:


1 hour workshops (options) 

  • Coping with Stress and Pressure

  • Importance of Sleep, Diet and Exercise

  • Using Gratitude to Build Resilience

  • Facilitating a Positive Mindset

  • Dealing with Anxiety

  • Managing Mood

2 hour workshops (options)

  • Introduction to resilience and stress programme

  • Introduction to Mindfulness Programme

  • Importance of Sleep, Diet and Exercise

  • Managing Mood and anxiety

  • Coping with loss

6 hour workshops (options)

  • Stress Management Programme (one full day or two half days)

  • Anxiety Management Programme (one full day or two half days)

  • Managing Depression Programme (one full day or two half days)

  • Resilience programme (one full day or two half days)

  • Mindfulness Programme

  • Group Wellbeing Coaching

Any of the above workshops can be added into a package as a stand alone service.


The following interventions can be added to any packages:

  • 12 hours of counselling or wellbeing coaching (in person, off site or via Zoom)

  • 20 hours of counselling or wellbeing coaching (in person, off site or via Zoom)

  • 40 hours of counselling or wellbeing coaching (in person, off site or via Zoom)

  • Sitting massage for one day for a minimum of 9 staff up to 15 staff.

  • Sitting massage over 3 days for a minimum of 9 staff up to 45 staff.

  • Sitting massage for one day per month for a minimum of 9 staff up to 15 staff.
