Flourish only provides research-based therapies, and works in accordance with the NICE guidelines, as well as Lancashire County Council’s Health and Wellbeing Board guidelines. We welcome referrals from GP’s, Commissioners and Social Services, as well as self-referrals on a private basis.

What to Expect

Call or email us to make an enquiry.

Free 20 minute consultation to discuss your needs and learn about how we could help you.

Book and attend a 2 hour Assessment to understand more fully your clinical presentation, discuss your history and your therapeutic goals, then put together an Initial Care Plan.

Receive a Treatment Proposal with an advised package of therapy and interventions. Confirm or adjust this as needed in discussion with our team.

Receive a Treatment Plan scheduling your initial appointments (12 week schedule). Confirm your plan and make payment (monthly instalments possible).

Start therapy within a two week period.

Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings between your clinicians to ensure coordinated approach.

Communication with family, GP, other support services as needed.
